By purchasing from Here For Cakes (HFC) you agree to the following terms and conditions:

An order is only confirmed when the required payment is being made and received by HFC. HFC does not accept return of orders and refund if the client is unsatisfied with his/her order.

Refunds can only be made if the client has received the incorrect product.

If the client needs to amend his/her order, please inform HFC via email or whatsapp at least 7 days before the event date or as soon as possible. Extra charges may or may not be applied for any changes to the design. Changes in themes are not allowed (e.g. unicorn theme to rustic theme) and slight changes such as changing of buttercream colour from pink to blue will not be charged extra.

Every baker has his or her own creation and style, thus, no custom orders will be made the same as reference photos. Therefore, slight changes in colour and appearance may occur. Custom orders will not be a replica of the design the client wanted.

HFC’s recipes have been through plenty of experiments and taste-testings to suit everyone’s liking. However, HFC is aware that not everyone will be a fan of their baking as everyone has their own preference –some might find the cakes sweet while others might not. HCF will not entertain such complaints. Polite feedbacks are welcome. 

 

 

Self-collection timings can be mutually agreed upon and self-collection location is at Woodlands (exact address will be disclosed privately). The client is obligated to inform HFC if he/she is running late for self-collection. All uncollected orders will be forfeited if client does not collect on collection date. No refunds will be issued.

HFC reserves the right to photograph their orders and publish on our social media accounts for marketing and other purposes. The client has to inform HFC if he or she does not wish to have his/her orders posted. ​
